P2 Jan 16 and called IRCC on Wednesday. Agent said he placed a note on my file and I am still waiting as well. If not today, we should expect it next week hopefully.

You have to keep calling. My P2 is January 16 and I called 3-4 times yesterday and got connected to an agent. He said he placed a note on my file. Still waiting for the ECOPR.
