That's tough. For IMP+, is it reside abroad or reside outside Quebec? I think this is best bet if you meet the other conditions. You might have to move outside Quebec for a while though. If you've already found a new job, look into the CSQ LMIA exempt work permit.

I applied to PR under QSW on Aug 15 and I've been waiting 3 months for AOR. you might want to look into extending your work permits. I believe there are work permits your employer can apply for if you have CSQ and are waiting for federal.

Even if they did so, they should at least get AOR out early. Some of us have expiring/ Expired work permits and need it to apply for BOWP.

Also waiting for an AOR, its been almost 3 months now.
