We have work visas for US and stay for a while until spouse outland PR application gets approved. Can I submit PR application while I'm in India or has to wait until landed in US?

@swan0206 thanks for your response. we are planning to move to us once h4 approved and spouse travel along with me (h1) to enter US on h4. We are planning to apply h1 amendment + h4 ead together under premium processing once in US. any downside with this approach?

@swan0206 , @harirajmohan I'm cross border commuter work in US on H1B and live in Canada on PR. Spouse live in Canada on TRV (PR in progress). Can spouse apply for H4 from Canada being non citizen/pr of Canada? TIA.
