Hi as long as it is a full time job i think it doesn't matter if you were doing it while studying part time.

You can probably then add in a business card with your superior's name on it...Anything to proof the existence of the business. Maybe even a picture of the business registration if you boss is kind enough to share. Good luck.

Hi, as far as I know you will need to proof the one year. Ie. the employment letter should state the start date if you are claiming the one year Canadian experience.
