What happens in my case? (WES)

Hi all,
WES recieved my degree certiificate and transcripts on 06th March. On 16th. they rejected my transcripts as the documunet was of poor quality. I went back to my university and requested another set of transcripts. They took their own sweet time and I could only get them 3 weeks later. WES recieved the new set of transcripts on 10th April.

Do they start the timer again from 10th April or will I get my results sooner?

They'll check the new documents and then once they are accepted, the 20 business days timeline will start.

I can tell what happened around 3.5 years back with me....They rejected my transcripts as those were from my college and not university...And then it almost took the same time as for anyone else...so yeah they kind of restarted the timer for me...

Its frustrating becuase we are at 434 and the ECA would take us to 442.

Patience is really what you need during this whole process from WES to the processes that you encounter later.
