Will Record of Employment works instead of reference letter for Express Entry?

Hello Friends,

This is my first time posting on this forum and first of all thank you so much for all of contributes who answers the question from bottom of my heart which really helped me in many things and I would also continue to do it,
Now , my situation is I already got ITA from Federal in Express Entry after BC PNP express entry approval.As per rules most of you know they asks for employment records ,I do have Record of Employments from Service Canada all 3 of my previous jobs and my current job is far from I used to work and honestly I dont wanna go and asks for reference letter on their paper. Record of Employment from Service Canada shows preetymuch everything like Jobtitle, Address, pay etc., so friends if I only upload those ROE of each job instead of reference letter would I fine?

Try and find a former colleague to write a reference letter from you. There is a format that CIC requires. Must show duties and responsibilities, hours worked, duration, salary, full time or part time etc.

It is a requirement unfortunately which does make it difficult in some instances.

thank you guys for replying here, I already submitted my file I had all reference letters for my job except one from gas station where I uploaded my Record of Employment from Service Canada and my pay stubs. They tried to call my boss but he was in conference so couldn't hold of him , when he called back it went to voicemail and again its previous job not current one , same day Medical got passed and its one month on 18 july now waiting for passport req. , I don't know why its taking long or its usual wait

I am literally in the same situation.Could you please let know if it worked for you and Were you claiming points for all three jobs?
