Hello, I got similar request in January from NDVO and we submitted everything on Feb 4th. Did you hear anything from NDVO afterwards? Can you please share any update? as it will help me to match my timelines with yours because it has been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything back from immigration yet. Hey guys, it has been awhile since we last posted. After 3 months of not hearing from the Visa office in Nairobi, today we received our Pre Arrival Letter, a request to resubmit a newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form and also Police Clearance Certificate from all countries the sponsor (my wife) has lived in for more than 6 months. What shall we do if we can't get police clearance certificates for countries my wife has lived in for more than 6 months? For example she has lived in Malaysia for 15 months and there is not a Malaysian embassy nor a consulate in Ethiopia which is where we live.
Better visit the nearest high commision of malaysia in east african countries, if you are living in ethiopia you can travel to nairobi kenya so that you may get the malaysia police clreance certificate,

We used a company called Y-Axis( i feel scammed), but our application that we submitted electronically has been rejected due to the following email below. I am super confused on what my next steps should be, We are fixing the errors the IIRC reported but what do we do next. I can't rely on Y-Axis scamming company, Reading through Section 10, 11 and 12 detail that we have to now re submit the application physically, like mailing. Why can't we do it electronically? any input from anyone is of great help.

When you resubmit your application, if it meets the requirements for processing, it will then enter the processing queue based on the date of its re-submission.
If you are re-submitting your application please ensure you also include a copy of this letter.

Hey, we've not heard from IRCC for over 6 months now. Everytime we call them, they say we're processing your file and we don't need any further details/documents from you.
We've not received SA or Medical Instructions (biometric exempt)
It is disheartening to see a lot of June applicants now have PPRs and COPRs but our file hasn't moved at all in the past few months
PS - Please don't hate! Congratulations to those whose files have advanced, I am happy that atleast some people are going to reunite with their family but it is hard to not feel frustrated with the pace of things on our file
I don't see anywhere in the response you quoted talking about mailing the application. Your problem is with missing signatures and missing essential forms/documents. Hence why they're quoting those sections of the law for you.
What you need to do is resubmit your application, now with all the forms and all the documents necessary to apply.
Just follow the checklist and the guide and make sure you have everything. You should be able to resubmit online. There are many other cases of returned applications on the forum, it's a common occurrence unfortunately.
