JUNE 2021 *Outland* Spousal Sponsorship

Hello everyone. I'm planning to apply for PR through common-law sponsorship, but I am not sure what is the best option Inland or Outland application. I live in Canada with PGWP, we are also planning travel outside Canada in summer. So I read that you can't travel outside of Canada if you applied inland. Does anyone with inland application travel outside? Thank you

Yes, we tried asking for their assistance, they can only assist us if our app is more than 1year but they were kind enough to check where our app was, which was still in CPC Sydney and still haven't been forwarded to our VO.

Yp- my file was received on 14/06/2021. And yet i didnt gt a pre-arrival letter, it was january 2022 when i was requested ADR of my PCC. Which i was required to renew, i renew it and sent it to my visa office in tanzania. Yet no further updates.

We got biometrics request!

Finally our application has taken a step forward. Hopefully it's the start of the fast updates everyone seems to point out happens after a while.

It's still in Sydney, I pressume. After the AOR, this biometrics update is all we've gotten.

This new tool is still just for show or in heavy development. GCkey shows the communication update, this tool does not. Also, the letter we received has our current phisical address, which is different from what is in this tool. The little trust I had for this tool giving current updates has gone away for now.

Hi Mr Nuux, Did you include a Police Clearance Certificate in your application when you submitted initially?

Sorry for the late reply. It says that IRCC will request a PCC and so we did not include it at all when submitting the forms.

Just to update, last week we got our biometrics request, police certificate request (you need a request to get a police certificate from Japan) and sponsor approval - BAM! Our application has been transferred to Manila VO and I am hoping the next few steps will happen soon. We leave to Canada in a month, so the change in address is not ideal... but, hopefully whatever check happened during the first 8 months answered whatever questions they needed to confirm.
