Dear All, I have received an email on Feb 4, 2022 about "IMM 5406 provided was not completed fully". And I emailed them with the requested documents on Feb 14, 2022. Now my concern is how many days/weeks they take time to update the online portal? My online portal is still not updated, it is showing RETURNED. Does anyone have any idea or face the same situation? Thanks in advanced

I remember there was a member of this group submit additional documents thru email. Until the window is closed PR portal never got updated and showing "returned" at all times. I suspect while they are working on your file they don't bother to update the portal. To avoid this you can upload the same to PR portal to make it "SUBMITTED".

Yup, my GCkey account also got updated to “ we have requested a medical exam “ just same as before. I called up the Clinic yesterday and they found that Xray was not uploaded. They corrected it at their end and without any webform update, my status in GC key changed as said above. For reference, it was earlier showing as "We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message for details"

Just wondering, how many days it usually takes to link the application in GCKey from ghost update?

we received the "ghost email" on Feb 10 and also that we had to update one of the forms and I am still not able to link to GC key. I am wondering if the application being returned to us matters and perhaps file won't be in process until the verify the resubmitted documents.

You actually can't re-submit through the portal- there is no option to do so, must all be sent by email.
