My parents did medical exam within 30 days timeline, still GCkey status shows updated today "We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details."
Medical Request - Jan 28, 2022
Undergo Medical exam on - Feb 22, 2022
I have raised a webform and attached e-medical sheets.
Is anything else I need to do ? did anyone else have similar incident ?

gckey still "your action is required"
my parents called the clinic to confirm they uploaded results Feb 26. Given there was a weekend involved I'm not very worried (yet). plus after results received they need some time to review it before any status change.
If you can ask your parents to check with the clinic, they will confirm with you if the file has been uploaded to emedical, or they need more time to complete lab tests, etc. Sometimes the clinic takes as long as two weeks to upload reports, but that has nothing to do with your 30 day timeline.

I just checked in GC key account of my parents and under Review of Medical Results it shows the same as yours

e-Medical tracking sheet was attached through webform on Feb 18

I'm surprised they didn't update your status in GCKey to "Medical Received", or is this "received" status only visible on ECAS? Does GCkey change directly to "Medical Passed" once it's done?

I am not able to get anything on ECAS. But in GC key, under Review of Medical Results, it shows "We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details".

Due to the impacts of COVID-19

• we can’t process applications normally
  • We’re prioritizing applications from people who are exempt from travel restrictions.
• depending on your application type, you may not have heard from us or seen changes in your application status
  • If you’ve had a medical exam or given biometrics, they won’t show in your account until we process them.
  • We currently have a backlog of medical exams to process, but when we do process them, you’ll see them in your account.

Just a question about the form IMM 5669..i was asked to redo it bec its incomplete but they sent the electronic form..Does my mom need to hand sign it or the electronic signature is fine? Thank you.

Later in the day the Review of medical results status changed to “we have requested a medical exam…. “ same as it was before.
Not sure what is wrong with GCKey !!

check back your gc key account ! Mine got updated to “ we have requested a medical exam “
