I received ghost email on Feb 10.
After that I haven’t received any email or update.
Is anyone’s situation similar to mine

Applied 14th Oct Received ghost mail 10th Dec after that nothing

I applied on 2021/11/22 and got an update email yesterday but nothing has changed on the portal. I guess the wait continues.
I hear this just means an agent may have looked at the application.

Hello Everyone,
My timeline is here for PGP 2021.
First time application submission ---Oct 8,2021
Document request ----- Nov 23, 2021
Resubmit application ---- Nov 24,2021
Recivied ghost email yesterday --- Feb 23, 2022 that your application status has been updated. But In PR portal nothing is updated. I tried to link in GC key but no sucess. As parents already have UCI number because they are on supervisa. I found one thing on cic website I checked client application status(ecas) with UCI number and it shows there that Application Received On November 24, 2021.

So if any one who got ghost email and have UCI number can check status on Ecas.

I have the same question. why does it matter to link with the GCKey? what's the benefit?

I think the info you get on the GC key is way more in depth that what is on the PR portal. It's step by step info of the process along the way.

When you say GCKey - you mean the login one created for one's PR/Citizenship ? How do you link GCKey with the PR portal ?

i applied on Nov 17th and no update since. i was trying to link GC key. I believe I had made an account in December and now when I login, I do see option on right to update password, security question or revoke GC key. but when I hip on the Continue. it keeps on taking me to main page.

I get this a lot. Usually using incognito mode in browser helps or you can try clearing cookies/cache

How did you try ? Say your PGP application login id is "ABC@gmail.com" and your GcKey login is "DEF". Now you log into immigration website with "DEF" and then ???

No idea what order they followed to start checking application. As per others’ update email, it indicated the processing queue based on the receiving date of completed application.

Hello All, my parents are from India but have been living in Tanzania for the past 10 years. They often travel to India for vacation/family reasons. At the time of application submission, my dad was in Tanzania while my mom was in India. She recently travelled back to Tanzania. Do I need to update IRCC regarding this information using webform? Applied on Nov 21, no ghost email as of yet.
