Wait soory hearing first time about chinook none of my client has gone through this. Can you explain what’s chinnok and how do you know if they used it. I am pretty it’s new as less people no about it in my law firm.
In my GCMS notes stated my application processed with the assistance of chinook that is why i argued in federal court might the reason of settlement. Its a tool created by few officers to process application faster

Oh so if a rejected applicant applied or new one. They won’t read the SOP or LOA?

I know he might be right. But you can’t judge a probarlity if one guy got rejected you will as well. He clearly is not caring about many people who got accepted. He and Canuck are saying things with no proof or justification.
I ignored your arrogance earlier but your persistent arrogance has pushed me to give you a reply.

You seem to be running some kind of consultancy and so ignorant that you haven't heard about Chinook when a lot of people these days have chinook mentioned in their GCMS notes.

If you are unaware of the cases being refused that doesn't make you right and me wrong. Do some efforts, move your hands, use your big brain and find out those people instead of asking others to bring them to you.

I hope you learned your lesson or let me know I will teach you some more.

Medicals are valid for 1 year so it doesnt really matter where its done as long as its valid it can be done from any country. You dont actually also need to be in your home country before you apply since everything is online based . Just be ready to receive the PPR from the home country when its approved
UAE residents don't need medical.

this i know if i write country of residence is pakistan then i need medical, now i am in UAE so i think i can give medical here. Then i do not need to go Pakistan and apply online stating that residence of pakistan and current residence is pakistan, VO what he will think why i did medical from UAE, this will be a interesting part, rest i know many many philpinos students did this trick after refused from UAE and they got visas by showing that current residence is philpine and infact they were in UAE , its like missrepresentation but it worked well for them

I am not a unregistered consultant who gives advice in free forum. I am a certified lawyer in law society of Ontario if you want I will happily give you my name. I am only on this forum to know about judicial review you were saying that many people get rejection based on judicial review mind you only 5 percent people get rejected. That to who has weak profile or weak study plan in my firm who ever did judicial review have got the acceptance. I am not judging you but if you want a honest reply don’t be angry at it if you want someone who says yes to everything you say they are either frauds or have no knowledge

Thanks for your appreciation. It triggers me when people blame you for stating facts. People should always be hopeful but at the same time should be aware of the facts.

I hope your application is successful after reopening and you don't get to write any SOP again.

As far as I understand, you don't get a chance to upload a fresh SOP when the application is reopened because they are basically giving your refused application a second look. They might ask for documents like a bank statement (in case of non-SDS, for SDS its irrelevant), and new LOA.

dear relax we all are here for some wonderful discussions. i liked your remarks and its really given me motivation and hope that i have bright chance of study visa after getting settlement during JR. on other hand aspirant256 also right because he did analysis of rejection after judicial review successfull applicants but still rejected again by VO even in JR they were succeed. on other hand after settlement we seen one guy rejected so its on VO that will he issue visa or reject again. I am not lawyer but i completed my Judicial review without any lawyer and all support i got from here in the forum like aspirant and many others. if they were not here i never been able to prepare my judicial review file without any lawyer, i am happy i saved arround 5000 canadian dollars and thanks God as well that it did not go on hearing stage in court otherise i was not sure that judge will accept me for hearing or not as i am outside canada and might be need a lawyer so luckily i got settlement. I pray from God and with your wishes i may get study visa now

You are a registered lawyer in Ontario and here on this public forum to learn about judicial review? what kind of lawyer is that? then again you are here to learn about judicial review and somehow you have the stats of 5% getting refused with no reference while you called me out for not giving any reference? you were not being honest but being rude, arrogant and calling names.

if application is reopen soon then i pray they dont ask for LOA because the same course intake will start in January 2023 which is way to far and there are many things to do if i get visa i need to apply for kids and then spouse, but if i get then everyone will get sooner or later. My plan is that if my applciation reopen soon and get visa then after stamping i will change the course and institute from college certificate to university MSc as i applied for MSc in york and UBC. if application reopen later like june july then no issue for new LOE to get but if i visa officer ask now new LOE then surely he will put me on hold for visa issuance because course will start in january 2023

haha seriously i am surprise a lawyer is not aware about chinook 3plus tool.... Chinook is an Internal IRCC tool used by immigration officers to speed up processing of immigration applications. A group of Canadian immigration officers created this electronic tool to process applications in bulk and faster, outside of the official case-management system (GCMS)

Like I said it’s new I will share a article this was before chinnok
Can I appeal the Study Permit Refusal?

There is no formal process or rights to appeal within IRCC. The only option would be to re-apply or judicial review.

A judicial review can be filed if due process was not followed by IRCC; that is, the visa office did not assess the application properly despite being presented a detailed and thorough application which highlighted all the necessary facts. In order to be granted leave via judicial review, one must prove that IRCC did not perform their job properly. Judicial Review will not be successful if the original application did not preset a strong case for approval.

Well, you should seek advice from senior members on this forum since it seems like a complicated situation. As per my understanding, you need to have LOA for the same program and institute, you can't change it. So if you don't have an LOA anymore then this could be an issue. If the LOA has expired then a new LOA is required.

But the only thing you should be worried about now is your study plan. When I readed it wasn’t that good. Personal question did you used any case law in your review when you applied in your own!
