Waiting for the Oath - Surrey Office

UPDATE: Yesterday I remembered that they had emailed me in November 2021 asking me to mail to them copies of all our passport pages, so I decided to take a chance and reply to that email last night. This morning I got a reply and they said they will be scheduling us a date for the ceremony in due course, and the signature was from the Scarborough Office. Obviously not the response I wanted to hear, but at least now I know which office is handling our applications and I have direct contact with them, trust me, I will be emailing them every 2nd day until they get tired of me.

BG check is valid only for 1 year, and they did mine in Feb 2021 ...

Hi, if the email allows you to reply, then by all means please try and reply. It really wont hurt to try t this point.

Keep an eye on the email for Fingerprints , it might be few weeks before you get it, unfortunately this is the reward for applying early, what a shitshow!!!

Fortunately I had no FP request for the first BG check ... I hope they won't ask this time too.
I guess it depends from which country you come from? But I might be wrong.

It definitely isn't based on country, as I have been told FP requests come if your name is quite common and their is some confusion with file, i might be wrong though

Your file is currently in the scheduling queue to be scheduled for a Citizenship Ceremony. Current wait times are 3-6 months from your granted date, which was January 11, 2022.
Once scheduled, approximately 2 weeks before the date of your scheduled event, you will receive a notification by email with your formal Notice to Appear with details of the date, time, location and documents required for your event. If you are unable to attend your event, please follow the instructions on your Notice to Appear on how to be rescheduled.
If you believe that your case is urgent, you can refer to the following website for further information about what is considered an urgent request, how to submit an urgent request, and the supporting documents you will need to prove your request is urgent: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/become-canadian-citizen/apply/urgently.html. Each request is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Where did you get that email address from? The only email addresses I have received from IRCC are dnvanbcistests@cic.gc.ca (which was my test invite) and Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca (my AOR). Wondering if either of those will work or if I should use the ones posted here.

If I remember correctly, this email address was in one of the webform enquiry I posted and then when I got in touch with this they did reply so seem legit.
