Congratulations, my dates are pretty similar. OINP. AOR - Aug 9, BIL/MEP - Dec 9. BIL submission, however, is Jan 12. Not sure if that has an impact on the timeline. Not been able to reach out to an agent. Let's see. Fingers crossed.

A quick question for all those who have sent passport to VFS after receiving RFV mail:
What to upload in Passport Submission Letter (in PDF) slot? I did not received anything as an attachment in the RFV mail. Do I have to save the email in PDF format and upload there?

Hey guys, after may tries I was able to connect to an agent:

AOR: August 19th
Eligibility: Passed (01.02.22)
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed (01.02.22)
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Completed

Visa office 1: CIO Sydney
Visa office 2: Ottawa

How long Security usually takes?
When should I expect PPR?
What primary and secondary VOs influence? Should I worry about any of these?
Hi There. How were you able to contact IRCC? When I tried calling 1.613.944.4000, the IVR clearly says that it doesn't answer questions about Immigration or PR. What options are you choosing to talk to an agent?

I Called a different number, try 1-888-242-2100.
It's like thirteen steps of choices to connect to an agent, so I don't have written down... However, if your application was moved outside Canada, they won't tell you anything.
I don’t thing they can provide detailed information about your application, however, I asked specifically about what happened in the day I received the GU, each status above and VOs.
The agent was super friendly and told me everything. However I'm no sure if they can provide more details apart from that.
Just keep trying and eventually you will get connected, toke me 10 days…

Tried a lot of times to connect to the agent. Not sure all the time it say's, due to high volume, we can connect you to an agent.

Is there any other way around? Please advise.
