Hi There. How were you able to contact IRCC? When I tried calling 1.613.944.4000, the IVR clearly says that it doesn't answer questions about Immigration or PR. What options are you choosing to talk to an agent?
I Called a different number, try 1-888-242-2100.
It's like thirteen steps of choices to connect to an agent, so I don't have written down... However, if your application was moved outside Canada, they won't tell you anything.
I don’t thing they can provide detailed information about your application, however, I asked specifically about what happened in the day I received the GU, each status above and VOs.
The agent was super friendly and told me everything. However I'm no sure if they can provide more details apart from that.
Just keep trying and eventually you will get connected, toke me 10 days…
