I have now got access. Use the principal applicant details. If you have anything wrong (a date or place of birth), you will not enter.

If you also have a representative you might not be able to enter portal as well. They have to register on your behalf I think. I have a representative and I'm unable to register as well. My lawyer is on leave so I'm kinda stuck until she's back

There was nothing interesting, actually. The same old things I've seen in ECAS, only with a better user interface.

The new portal only confirmed to me that they have not input anything to my file since August, as I suspected. 5 webforms to change address over 2 months ago

I have the same issue, not sure what to do. I know in the forms they can’t leave the last or surname empty so they put the given name in surname or last name on the forms but I tried all the options and it still doesn’t work. Let me know if you find anything !!

Mine is the opposite, Eligibility completed, Background hasn't started. Who knows what the process is.

For me also it shows completed for everything and even shows the COPR number. But i am not sure what is holding them to send the COPR

When did you submit you photo and addrss ?? Are you waiting for COPR??

They said applicant or sponsor..you can do it both way
