If those who have access and seen how it is set up, would be useful to others if those with apps in progress could post some screenshots.

The page is different depending on if you login with the sponsor or principle applicant. It is not like ECAS where the sponsor can see all the information.

These are screenshots from the sponsor's side, but the principle applicant is pretty much the same but with more details like (medical exam, biometrics, and it shows what is pending in terms of eligibility, medical test, biometrics, and background check.

The portal has the same philosophy as the new citizenship tracking portal, if you've seen these before.

Here's the landing page once you login (sponsor):

and here's the "View application history page" (The PA's account has all the important details):

@armoured is this portal more detailed than ECas and GCKey? Not sure why a third portal
Too soon to say. I'd assume they want to replace the other two - since ecas and gcms overlap but do not contain the same info, and are not always up to date.

So sure, a bit of extra detail might be nice, but if it's not consistent and updated, won't be much of an improvement. "Only time will tell..."

I can confirm that it includes information from both, and even more. IRCC is moving away from GCMS, so it sounds like it will replace them eventually.

Unless and until it contains the visa officer notes, I would still order GCMS.
Also can’t tell at this moment if IRCC’s objective is to provide the only information that’s available today or they will keep upgrading it to add more detailed info that’s on GCMS.

It doesn’t work for me, just says it’s incorrect or invalid information. I guess it has something to do with my place of birth, because other information is 100% correct. In which form do you mention the place of birth?

Just to note i referred to gcms , i meant to say gckey.

I doubt they'd include the officer notes but even so - of they include all info from gckey and ecas and some more, it should - eventually - Reduce the number of people calling ircc, contacting mps and ordering gcms notes. Right now everyone uses these more because there are not many other ways to get useful info.

Place of birth is the city or state you were born in. Ex: place of birth: Toronto Country of birth: Canada

My gckey is not updated while this new portal is up to date and shows a bit more info. But if they won’t keep it updated then its just as useless to be honest

Thank you. Yes I understand that it should be my city of birth, but I thought it was written differently somewhere in the forms that’s why it didn’t work. I checked it in the submitted forms and I was written exactly the way it should be. So I have no idea why it doesn’t work. I put my partner’s info and it worked though.
