Need advice!! How do I withdraw an inland application due to mistakes?

I have some doubt regarding something. A friend of mine who is a canadian citizen married and sponsored her spouse inland after getting him through visit visa. After that they have a child born in canada . he got workpermit and getting good salary too. now she wants to withdraw her sponsorship for what eever reasons. what will happen to her husbands rights about the child. will he have a stake in childs future virtually he is taking of her expenses as she is not working since pandemic

Separate the points: his legal rights as a parent are unaffected by the withdrawal of sponsorship.

But: his parental rights do not give him any automatic rights to reside in Canada. And to the extent many of his parental rights are partially dependent on being in Canada (many of them), exercising those rights may be difficult.

So two points: he should look into qualifying for and applying for PR status on his own. (He can have both in parallel, that's not an issue).

If your'e asking from the perspective of your friend the citizen - she should not assume his rights disappear. (Nor his responsibilities). Both will be much complicated if he stops living in Canada though.

None of these issues would be good for the child.

And, either / both may need legal counsel.

Thank you. he almost decided to leave canada they are already in counselling sessions present condition he works and she dont work. if he leaves canada should he support his child as he will be jobless

Well of course he should. Obviously though if he can't is a different problem.

For the Canadian spouse - must be realistic, even if he is legally obliged too, it is very difficult to enforce such requirements across borders.
