Please I need advice on this as its making me so stressed out and ill.
A quick rundown of the situation:
-Applied inland common law March 26/10. My boyfriend secured extension as a visitor until Dec 7/2010.
We realized we had left out important information and documents.. Sent some documents ahead but never sure if these will be attached.
I would like to withdraw this inland application and apply outland. My boyfriend would like to be able to leave the country to visit parents or work if need be if the application was to get caught up in the system it would be huge financial strain on me.
1. How do I go about doing this?
2. Do I write a withdrawl letter?
3. What do I write in the letter? Does the sponsor write it or the applicant?
I would greatly appreciate any experience anyone has had with this. Thank you so much in advance. My stomach hurts and I can't stop thinking about it. I'm not worried about the loss of the fee or anthing. Just need to withdraw it asap (
