Today i received an email from IRCC PR Portal saying basically my PR has been approved and should answer questions ans reply so i can get Portal credentials, I later received an email from the Visa processing office dated same day and says i have passed eligibility and upon security and background checks thats when final decision will be made. When i look online though it says decision made. Which email should i believe ?Have i been approved or not?
