Please, how do you guys know when your files get transferred to another visa office?

Well i knew it transferred to Ottawa by calling ircc. Then When I received an email from Etobicoke I learned that it was transferred again.

how many documents they asked for?
for me they asked around 14 documents as I have to add my spouse.

I got it on 2021/12/30 no update since

yes me too they asked for updates form plus documents for adding spouse but its says (if not provided) in my case i have provided everything for spouse but i did send it again via email along with the new updated form.

mine was as follows:


Updated IMM5669 forms (Schedule A Background / Declaration). (Each family member over the age of 18 are required to complete their own copy of this form.
 Proof of employment, income and funds (T-4 statements for the past two years; Employer’s letter confirming employment).
Furthermore, you have requested to add your spouse to your permanent residence application. Our office requires the following information/documents for your spouse:

Good luck.. From previous applicants timeline it may take between 30-80 days to receive DM after ADR 1 from Etobicoke. But its also possible to have ADR 2. The good news is even if you get ADR2 hopefully 90 days after ADR1 you will get DM.

Yeah hopefully we will be lucky as my application already crossed 30 months

Yes! I know it difficult to add all in less than 5MB. I have sent it in 2 separate emails.
1 email for update form
2 email for spouse doc
Then I called IRCC to confirm they have it.

Ohhh I thought every single document should not be more than 5mb.
