I figured it’s for expired criminality. Although not everyone’s BG changes to not applicable when criminality expires. That’s where the concern is. Why would some peoples expired criminality change BG to not applicable while some don’t
"Decision Made" in reference to Ecas, but when I checked in my GCKey, there's no changes nor Ghost update. what does that mean?

Hello everyone i hope you all are having an amazing time.
My pgwp is expiring in june and i have applied for pr in January 2022 and i didn't have my aor letter. I have no restrictions on employment and open permit
1. I would like to know if i can apply for bowp without aor and what documents are needed ?
2. I asked province to issue me a support letter but they issued me 204 t13 lmia exemption letter but my understanding says it will make my permit close and i am not sure if my employer is willing to do it for me. Also do you think its a mistake on province end to issue me 204 t13 exemption as i have no restrictions on my nomination and open permit ?
Any successful candidate who applied for bowp without aor ? And what documents you guys used

Did you ask province why they issued you 204 t13 lmia exemption letter? I don’t think you need a support letter from province but you may wait for AOR
However wait for others to pour in there wise suggestions as we have experts @legalfalcon

That would ve great if someone can put ligh on this. I am not looking to get my self bound to a workpermit but I can't apply for bowp i submitted my pr application last month in January so its just over one month.
