I think I need to clarify something that Kubeir and I were not clear about during our discussion. IRCC cannot by itself terminate applications that are being processed. The 2012 termination of the Federal Skilled Worker Class blacklog for applications filed before 2008, and the 2014 termination of the backlog of applications in the federal Immigrant Investor Program and federal Entrepreneur Program, were both done through Acts of Parliament. The same would be required to terminate any applications in the future. As Kubeir and I agreed, it is unlikely that this will happen in the near term future, especially with a minority government like Canada currently has. However, I do believe that the possibility of history repeating itself is something to keep in mind the bigger the processing delays become.

I think you can apply through pnp because if my guess is right you are a consultant. Similarly you said you are going to get married, which I assume your spouse is younger than you and below 30 and she is an engineer.so I think it is not over for us yet.

The only thing I am concerned is I lost trust in this assholes because if they can fuck you up once can do it twice .This clowns political systems are flawed even more than india .

Actually, I was supposed to apply in early 2019 but due to some issues with acquiring my transcripts from India, I had to hold off until early 2020. Which just makes the whole thing funnier.... 3+ years since I took the IELTS.

This is a general plan B that I have

1.Use pnp option I can file as a Mechanical engineer as I have undergrad degree and experience in that.Alberta invites us usually.,i can also apply for supply chain analyst as i mentioned earlier i was a slave in my company i pretty much put everything i did in papers in what ircc needs.
2.Education - i don't give 2 fucks about Canadian degrees as I already have a us masters as I am not over staying in us and didn't create any issues chance of rejection is less even though not 0.I will apply to my favorite lambton college which cost me max 20k $ .
3.My gfs occupation is in demand almost everywhere in this world but as I said earlier I was too overconfident I told her I can handle it but she told me if situation comes she can step up.

I gave you just 3 there are still more options left.I am concerned about my loss of time man this is draining my valuable time that I can start a family and move to the next phase of life than dealing with fucking immigration after immigration.

My options are case specific, but from your posts I can figure you are a smart guy ,I am sure you can improvise may be even better plans than me

This is a plain example why they will not cancel FSW applications, if they would have this in mind they would not touch any of these older apps and only focus on the newest.

Note that that one is a PNP, not an FSW. PNPs can't be canceled due to province demand.
