Does she have green card? Is it arranged marriage?I didn't get married kangaroo,I said I am planning to get married on aug 2022,so I have to plan accordingly so that it won't fuck me up.
The first one was the stupidest thing I have done in last 10 years.
Marco I don't have time for your trolls and trash talk ,if you cant answer the question just don't waste my damn time.Does she have green card? Is it arranged marriage?
You cannot avoid adding your spouse. It doesn't matter they accompany you or not. The moment you get married and have the marriage certificate, you need to report it to IRCC. Better marry and add your spouse, so that you both get your COPR's at the same time (you are looking at 3-4 months extra processing times). If you add her later (after your COPR and completed your landing), you will be looking at a 1 year of processing time for yoru spouse. Also according to the Mandate letter, a Temp Visa may be created for spouses of PR's. But not sure if they will ever create that.I know getting married slows down the pr processing time .
Does ,not adding spouse in the application solve the issue or will my file go through all the shit once again.
Anyways she is not accompanying me till jan 2023
I am pushing my marriage for a long time, I finally decided to put a deadline on this shitshow that is aug 2022.
Some random CEC: I have 500 CRS score, waiting in the pool for ITA and my work permit is expiring next month, when will CEC draw happen?
IRCC: No idea but you gotta leave next month.
Some random CEC: But I paid taxes.
IRCC: F**k off.
I will be in your situation. Getting married in May 1st week. I just learned a few things today:I didn't get married kangaroo,I said I am planning to get married on aug 2022,so I have to plan accordingly so that it won't fuck me up.

Americans/Canadians looking to move to Japan would probably be working in a contractual setup with overseas employers, I doubt they're going to directly compete with the Japanese market, they'll be in for a real surprise. In addition most of them would already have enough resources to fund the Japanese lifestyle, and while Japan might have questionable work cultures, it's also undeniable that they show great hospitality to guests especially those from western cultures. We can't blame those Americans/Canadians for wanting to be treated as honorable guests. The Japanese job market isn't in great shape as well. Lot of new graduates almost never find meaningful work if they can't find something in the first year after graduation. The older generation take longer to retire and take up the market. They have issues but the weird part is Japan is the preferred destination for many Americans/Canadians who want to move out according to surveys. A lot of them are probably weebs but still
So you are in Europe, so the Eastern Europe theory is the most probable in determining where are you currently living in right now.Nope. Used to live in Vancouver but now I'm in Europe.
Man I miss this cartoons,Now I am reading the Adventures of tin tin just reliving childhood.

Same situation but planning to get married in August 2022.my visa will end on feb, honestly I am not even concerned about extra couple of 1000 $ for air tickets ,I just want to be done with this crap.I will be in your situation. Getting married in May 1st week. I just learned a few things today:
Scenario 1:
In case, I get my COPR before the marriage date, I need to do my landing in Canada. If I don't do my landing and have a valid COPR, it could be canceled once I add my spouse after marriage. So the moment I have my COPR, I will have to do a soft landing at the very least. Thank fcking god, I am 20 mins from Winsdor, so I will do the soft landing in no time.
Scenario 2: In case, I get my PPR closer to my marriage date and I don't have time to send my passports, I am truly fked. I need to respond to the PPR email and let IRCC know that I will be getting married in 2 or 3 weeks. Then IRCC will cancel my PPR and then I will add my spouse. I will be looking at a more processing delay in this scenario, but I will get COPR along with my wife.
I am praying that I get my PPR after my marriage or at least 40 days before marriage. I don't know what is gonna happen.
From what I’ve seen, it feels like adding a spouse adds a fixed delay to get the dependent’s medical, PCC, schedule A. After it’s in process, it should take the same time for single and married. So if you are bound to wait anyways, like it was in 2020, it wouldn’t change your wait much. But if you are close to PPR then it would cause a delay. My worry with adding a dependent is the risk of them being inadmissible for some reason and they rejecting your whole file. Where if a spousal app is rejected after, you can just reapply after, but if your app gets rejected in FSW, then you are screwed.I know getting married slows down the pr processing time .
Does ,not adding spouse in the application solve the issue or will my file go through all the shit once again.

To be fair, it also depends on your country of residence. I'm planning on landing in Canada without my spouse and will file for the spousal visa/PR. We both have Dutch passports and so she would be allowed to be in Canada with me for up to 6 months subject to further extensions. Get married, apply for spousal sponsorship and wait. You can have both applications in progress, one will be automatically cancelled if the other is approved. Spousal sponsorship is a paper based application and processing time is very long (2+ years) so don't do anything to your EE application.I applied for under EE program (FSW-O) in 2020. There has been no update since then. My fiancee is a Canadian citizen. I wanted to get my PR and then move to Canada and get married. But we both have been in limbo for a long time.
We have decided to get married in Canada and then apply for spousal sponsorship.
Can anyone please guide me in converting the EE application to spousal sponsorship? Or do I need to withdraw my EE application and file a new spousal sponsorship application? What is the best way of doing this?
