Giga CEC draw. More than ultra and less than omegaImagine the accumulation of cec's in the pool, I smell a ultramega draw when draws commence
Wow, you made such a grand entrance into the thread with all that talk of right/wrong discussions! Welcome aboard .Since I am interested in investment, and members here like discussing housing topics, I'd like to share some thoughts here, hoping that someone could bring some valuable insights.
Firstly, I hope to be able to move to Canada within 3 years (excepting an invitation from Quebec soon, FSW score 490+, not eligible for both Ontario French/Tech streams because of high score). Having said that, I am wondering whether it would be wise to liquate my real estate assets in my country totalling $250K, and go for a 20% down payment for a house in Canada once I get my Visa or not?
Or should I leave these assets in my home country and use their income to pay rent in Canada ?
My current assets bring me an annual rental income of around 5% and thanks to hyperinflation in my country (obviously a 3rd world country), my assets appreciate in value by ~10% (assuming stable exchange rate)
Sorry if my thoughts are personal and irrelevant to this thread
Implying Quebec isn't Canadamove to Canada or Quebec
@mushymush @ImpatientKangarooi wanted to point out this the moment he posted it but didn't, then everyone would call me dumb to reignite another useless debate. even responded to his forex post with a little knowledge I had on it. wish those discussions really made him feel better.
That's a whooole lotta words just to tell us that you don't know what you are talking about. It is okay, duly noted.My last visit to this thread was yesterday. Today, I found around 30 new pages, I hoped to find some read-worthy discussions about the FSW, but unfortunately most of the discussions were irrelevant to this thread's topic. Just much ado about nothing!
I believe that the visitors to this thread are mainly interested in two points only: processing updates (for Post-ITA folks) and invitation draws (for FSW candidates).
For example, as an FSW candidate, I am not interested in these irrelevant discussions:
* Housing prices in Canada
* Life affordability in Canada
* Car and fuel prices in Canada
* Healthcare system in Canada
* Comparison between different cities in Canada
* Alternative immigration options (study, business, other countries US/Australia/New Zealand)
* Comparison between life in Canada and US/Europe
* Comparison between developed countries and 3rd world countries
* Chinese population in British Columbia
* IELTS and ECA
Post-ITA folks and FSW candidates are desperately looking for any discussions that may renew their hopes, however it seems that there are stupid people who continue to add insult to injury by making it more difficult to find important discussions.
I know that no one cares, and stupid people will continue discussing irrelevant things here.

You are just looking to follow the herd. I understand your anger as a “champion member” who just want any topic to talk about.That's a whooole lotta words just to tell us that you don't know what you are talking about. It is okay, duly noted.
You list a bunch of topics that you deem irrelevant discussion. If you'd bothered to do any sort of basic research, you'd realize that the majority of those topics are even more relevant to FSW candidates than applicants in other streams. They specifically relate to Adaptability, which Canada views as an applicant's potential ability to (economically) establish themselves here. There are CRS points dedicated to this factor. If nothing else, a lot of those topics also relate to Skills transferability, which is again, something all prospective FSW applicants should be researching before coming here.
You may not like HOW these are being discussed, but it is pretty ignorant to suggest that they shouldn't be discussed in the thread in the first place. You could report posts that you think are irrelevant, from all the way up there in your ivory tower, or you could...just not click on the thread in future.
Imagine thinking FSW candidates shouldn't discuss IELTS/ CELPIP, and ECA. LMFAOOOOOO!
Lol. People aren’t going to post based on your wishes. Maybe create your own thread and specify the rules.You are just looking to follow the herd. I understand your anger as a “champion member” who just want any topic to talk about.
Free speech is a big deal in Canada and many western countries lol. People don't typically like others gatekeeping what should be spoken about or not. Fixed it for youFree speechPolitically correct speech is a big deal in Canada and many western countries lol.
Nah people are still allowed to speak what they want. That's why hate rallies are allowed to happen. Private companies have their own rules but not the government. It's just that others also use their own free speech respond negatively to stuff they don't like or feel is "politically incorrect". That's my view anyway- I don't like to censor people unless they call for violence etcFixed it for you
I just asked to discuss topics like housing and healthcare in their prospective threads. What does this have to do with freedom of speech ?!Free speech is a big deal in Canada and many western countries lol. It's a ghost update. They just pulled up your file. I think you'll hear something soonThis is strange. I logged in several times in the last hour. My profile continuously says application/profile updated. I logout and log in again it says the same. Is an officer working on my file right now? My profile is in a eternal state of GU? lol
