I filled out webforms and told them my situation and my new job is starting in Jan 4,2022 and no responses to me.

Me too, I have sent them many webform explaining my situation. They don't bother themselves with webforms anymore. I talked to my employer, explain I might start a bit later, I think you should do that too..

This link says you can work beyond the expiry date of the letter.
