Status is not like PGWP. TRV applications very quickly gets eligibility review update but takes time for the PPR.

I applied TRV on Jan 26th and from past two days status is showing that my review of eligibility had been started.

You cannot raise a webform for the application on which decision is made. You need a new application to raise a webform. Also, its a must that you have to maintain full time status for pwgp. Not everyone will receive Work authorization letter. This is a known glitch. Still applicant is eligible to work full time as you have the confirmation letter. Still if you need that letter, you can call IRCC.
