Sponsorship approval letter doesn't have Visa office

I received a sponsorship approval letter for my spouse (outland) and it says if I need to update any information then I need to contact the above-mentioned visa office but there is no visa office mentioned in the letter. it only says the application will be forwarded to the visa office for further processing. how to know which visa office they are forwarding my application to?

I got the same letter when my sponsorship was approved, I still have no idea which visa office we are with. If you’re in Canada you can ring them if not then it is more difficult to find out. However it hasn’t slowed our application at all.

Yes, it was quite frustrating to wait such long. just last question how do you know your biometrics is passed and date moved to visa office?

Biometrics “pass” is just meaning they got all of your information collected for your application. It will show in the GCKey account that they have been submitted and also the date the application was moved to a Visa Office.
