May I ask from anyone who got a document request, did you upload it in your gckey account?
There’s an option for me to upload the employment letter (maybe it’s faster if I will do it directly in my gckey account). Then i will also send it thru webform at the same time.

Since there is a space to upload in your gckey account, you upload it there. You can also send it through webform as well. They acknowledge webform faster.
