Is there anyone was required to retake IELTS exam when application take about 2 years?

I took my IELTS exam in last July and apply in EE FSW stream. It’s really not easy to get that score.
MY AOR was Nov ,2020, still today my eligibility was not even started.I heard that the IELTS exam should not be expired through the whole application process.

My question is, my IELTS results will be expired next July. Do I need to retake exam before it is expired? Or after AOR, it won’t matter even if my IELTS result is expired?

There’s no such thing. Instead of paying attention to heresay it’s always better to check on cic website. Your ielts should be valid at the time of ITA and application submission
