Hi all, Any suggestion on how to make my file move again? Last Update October 20th to confirm test completed and nothing since then, I sent a webform and got an automated response, not sure what else I need to do to get the file moving again, do I need to call them?

When did you apply? I don't know which office is currently processing my application.

Hi All, I requested my GCMS notes. My file is in the Mississagua office and I have criminality marked as cleared after my fingerprints result as of August 31, 2021. the GCMS notes say invite for test after clearance but it seems like no one has touched my file after my fingerprint test result. anyone has been through something like this and any suggestions if I can do anything to make the file move again. ?
application date: 22nd Feb 2021
AOR: 20th April 2021
In process: 7th June 2021
FInger print request: 21st July 2021
Fingerprint result received: 31st August 2021

I’m in the same boat. After they received my fingerprint result, the background verification status changed to completed 1 month ago. Nothing since then. No test invite yet.

My background verification is still showing pending. it's only the GCMS notes which show's criminality is complete. feels like someone has completely forgotten about the file.i still got Ghost updates on 29th sept and 4th Oct but nothing after that

How long does it take to get GCMS ?

not sure if it helps but in my case, my background check too was completed on 20 August - but i have no progress after that. nada. i have not even received the test invite as of yet. so comparatively, perhaps you are still okay - just felt to give you some reassurance

Seems like some us are stuck after BG completed. Some had their tests marked completed, some didn't even get test invite yet. My wife's application has been stale after BG completed. I have ordered GCMS two weeks ago lets see what it says. It seems like rest of the processing is done by local offices.

I echo yours. I am in the same boat as you. Sept 13 last update with background check and nothing after that ! no test invite.
