App filled : april 25th
Back ground completed : June 21

nothing after that.
My was mail application
Physical presance 1600+ days

can someone pls advise where the application is stuck? Am i missing any step?

I was asked to submit passport pages for "Eligibility Period". My question, Should i submit only for eligibility period? Because i have a scanned copies till Mar 2021 but i travelled in July 2021. Should i submit new passport copies or is it ok if i submit the one till mar 2021. I am feb 2021 candidate.

just to conform , you can just apply at service canada, do you need to fill out any forms and take with you or everything is done at service canada ?

No, you need to scan all pages of the passports that you held during eligibility period.

You need to submit *all* pages of *all* the passports you had during this period. Please read the instructions sent by IRCC, they are very clear about this.

It takes about 30 to 60 days per the timeline on the spreadsheet to hear about the oath following the test. I took mine november 2nd and i am still waiting as well but not worried as per the spreadsheet everyone who completed the test didn’t get news or oath until 30 days, usually 2 months after completing the test. You should hear back in January per the current trend and be scheduled for the oath in like March/April, again if trend remains the same.

No, how many passports did you hold between January 2016 and January 2021? Grab these passports, and scan every single page of them. Translate all stamps that are not in English or French. It does not matter if the stamp is outside the eligibility period, you NEED to translate it.

Sorry, I think i confused you guys. So, I hold only one passport from 2015 to 2025. My eligibility is from Jan 2016 to Jan 2021. So I have scanned all the pages of my passport when i was applying for citizenship only which was in feb 2021 but recently i travelled in the month of July and November 2021, which is not available in the scanned copy. Should i include those pages or stamping also? I thought those stampings were not necessary as its outside the eligibility period. Did you get what i am trying to say?

If you only had one passport then: scan all pages of the passport and forget about dates as they do not matter.

They sent the request now, so they are expecting you to scan all pages of the passport now and send according to their instructions. It doesn't matter if you went on trips before or after you sent your application, they just need you to scan all pages of the passport and translate, if needed.

It's a simple request. You are making it more complicated by including factors that do not influence it.
