Thats really great that you got stamp....
The first email you got from IRCC , your VO is mention in the subject line.

05th August-ITA
17th Aug 2021-Submitted all Documents and Fees
17th Aug 2021-AOR
16th Sept 2021- BIL
17th Sept 2021- Go for Biometrics and CIC updated right away
17th Sept 2021- Medical Passed (Used New Medical)
02nd Nov 2021 - Received an Email " We are still working on your application" (Nothing Change within IRCC account)
17th Nov 2021 - Portal Email (replied the same day) (VOV-Etobicoke)
18th Nov 2021 - Request Photo and address from Portal Email( Did on same day)

Now waiting. Nothing change in my application always in processing stage

did you reply on same email id from where u got portal request on nov 17
because i also got portal email on nov 18 reply within 3 hours but no credentials yet

Yes i replied to same email. I got email at 1430 and i replied 1845 on 17 Nov.
And in morning of Nov 18th I got credentials email around 9.15 and i replied in evening at 1800.
After that waiting....

You may also want to check the bottom left of your email that you received for signatures.
Sometimes officers mentions their id and location.
Similarly check the bottom left of the portal pdf. It sometimes shows name of visa office location.

i did not get any email for signature, i think you are talking about credentials email. i just got only portal email

You already replied above that your visa office mentioned is Virtual Landing Unit, OSC.
