You may also want to check the bottom left of your email that you received for signatures. Sometimes officers mentions their id and location. Similarly check the bottom left of the portal pdf. It sometimes shows name of visa office location.

I mentioned above, to re-enter Canada (or board flight for Canada from any foreign land), PR card OR PRTD is mandatory. If one doesn’t get a PR card before departure from Canada, he/she may apply for PRTD soon they reach home country. Again, This is just based on my experience.

It totally depends on the visa office/officer. But usually its seen that outland dependent takes a bit longer, esp if you have certain points claimed for their foreign exp. and other factors.

Yes, for most of Aug 2021 AOR guys, the situation is frozen after Medicals passed. (atleast what we see on gckey account) Not sure if its all applications are some particular visa offices that are not processing cec’s these days
