Thanks. No I did not get any response from @legalfalconHey man, did you get any reasoning from Mr. @legalfalcon?
I am in the same situation. My Application, AoR 25th September, is still stuck in CIO Sydney. According to the IRCC agent on phone, it is background is in process / progress. @legalfalcon : what do you think? Application still stuck in CIO Sydney after 48 days or so.
1. AoR September 25 2021
2. UCI and my Biometric updated on 2nd of Nov.
3. NO Biometric Letter for my wife! People usually get it after 30-35 days of AoR.
4. MEP not complete. Old meds.
Thanks. No I did not get any response from @legalfalcon
Did you get to know about VO (CIO Sydney) by calling ircc agent?
Also, what does your gckey account show about Eligibility and BG?
As suggested by @GandiBaat I have also researched online and found that its little unusual for application to stay for long at CIO Sydney office
Thanks @legalfalcon Appreciate your answer. It does not matter what VO the application is at. IRCC has been sending applications to different VOS across its network, both domestic and international for the applications to be processed.
IF its BGC, then you will have to see if it is criminality or security.
Criminality happens early in the process and will take place at CIO, whereas security is the last stage, and will happen at CPC or LVO.
