Old medical update (September 2018)

I just passed my old medical update.

Aor: 11th August, Single in-land applicant.
'Grats. Now your app will go fast. Dog days are over!

ITA : don’t remeber
AOR: August 10
Biometrics request and medical updated on September 10
Biometrics updated on September 13
GU 1: October 27
GU 2: November 4
No updates after that.

Hey man, did you get any reasoning from Mr. @legalfalcon?

I am in the same situation. My Application, AoR 25th September, is still stuck in CIO Sydney. According to the IRCC agent on phone, it is background is in process / progress. @legalfalcon : what do you think? Application still stuck in CIO Sydney after 48 days or so.

1. AoR September 25 2021
2. UCI and my Biometric updated on 2nd of Nov.
3. NO Biometric Letter for my wife! People usually get it after 30-35 days of AoR.
4. MEP not complete. Old meds.

Thanks. No I did not get any response from @legalfalcon
Did you get to know about VO (CIO Sydney) by calling ircc agent?
Also, what does your gckey account show about Eligibility and BG?

As suggested by @GandiBaat I have also researched online and found that its little unusual for application to stay for long at CIO Sydney office

It does not matter what VO the application is at. IRCC has been sending applications to different VOS across its network, both domestic and international for the applications to be processed.

IF its BGC, then you will have to see if it is criminality or security.

Criminality happens early in the process and will take place at CIO, whereas security is the last stage, and will happen at CPC or LVO.

Thanks @legalfalcon Appreciate your answer.
The only concern we were discussing was despite AOR being 27 Aug 2021. Bio/Uci updated.
MEP- 25th Oct.
The ircc agent said application was at CIO Sydney. So wasn’t sure if CIO keeps some applications till its complete life cycle.

Gckey says - Eligibility in review
BG- “ In progress”

Yes, I called ircc.

No progress in eligibility. I could not ask about it... The agent said nothing about eligibility.

BG says processing message but it never went to progress or atleast i have never seen it go to progress.

I have not seen MEP and my medicals are old medicals.

Unlike your case, mine is really stuck. I believe its medical that is keeping it holding.
