Hey.. This can be a reason, When we get COPR.. because of less space they write down place of birth in Short like three alphabets or four. What you can do, just write full place of birth(What is actually written on Passport) and then try.

Also Adding in it it takes 4 5 days usually to get ECOPR, like i got it after 1 week. So wait for few days and then email.

Yes when i email them they said the same thing and in next 2 days it got approved and mailed. You'll surely get it this time:)

Really...several people in this thread did email them on this adress. Just try to copy this email as such and paste it OR you can email on the same email ID from where you get your first Portal email.
