It will be great if we can check this data every month. Did you get it manually or you wrote a script?
Manually. Just had 10 free minutes... :D

Concerning the table I think that the given data isn't legit enough since there is an unknown number of applicants who received PPRs and immidiately forgot about updating their Immitracker accounts. I don't know how to take it into account but suppose it's around 5-10% of all applicants.

That's great news, what is your VO?

Meanwhile, I think it would be a rough decision but it could be legit to extrapolate the % of finalized applications calculated above to the real number of applications processed by IRCC within the given time periods.

I just upgraded my spreadsheet. I divided time periods to have much more details.
Time period
Number of ITAs sent
Number of active Immitracker profiles registred in the given period
Number of PPRs received between the start of the given period and the present day
% of applications finalized
June 1, 2019 - Jan 1, 2020

Someone may noticed that there had been no PNP ITAs between June 1, 2019 and Jan 1, 2020, but more than 200 PNP profiles with AORs of the same period had been registred on Immitracker, and many of them had received PPRs. I cannot explain that.

In my personal opinion, the real % should be higher than I calculated from the data I'd gotten from Immitracker because it's just a single web resource many aren't aware of. Hundreds and thousands of PPRs we see on Reddit, Twitter, Watsapp, Facebook, and other web sites aren't included. In the meantime, % were calculated according to the number of Active trackers.
Surprisingly, the total number of Inactive trackers of the given time periods exceeds the number of Active ones, which shows that people really don't care about updating their profiles and informing other applicants that they received PPRs.
Time period
Number of active Immitracker profiles
Number of inactive Immitracker profiles
June 1, 2019 - Jan 1, 20201336:

Nevertheless, I should remind that the number of people with Immitracker accounts is just a small portion (~1.3%) of real number of applications which, in its turn, should be about the number of ITAs. Unfortunately, such a small sample of about 2000 applications cannot be extrapolated on the full backlog.

I hope some of you may find this post pretty inspiring to compare somehow the given data with those recently published articles where the number of applications in the backlog was given. May be someone could find something interesting.

The problem I see is currently only Ottawa VO is issuing PPR's, CIO is dead again after some activity and most LVO's are not doing anything.

you just need to recheck this data, may be you shorten some filters regarding PNP application, you write only 128 PNP applicants in One Year? As per my knowledge on immitracker PNP applicants in 2020 much more. 272 Outland PNP application are just shown to me other than PNP inland applications.

PNP and CEC could get ITA with the draws where FSW could. There has never been FSW only draws, only all program draws, or CEC/PNP only draws. Usually the first 600 ITAS within all program draws are PNP.

Hi, my 1st time medicals expired on 9/10/21, the expiry was updated same day in my CIC a.c then last Friday, the passed message reappeared with date 19/11/21. As mentioned I do not know yet for how long it has been extended, prefer to wait on the PPR docs instead of ordering GCMS. From what I've seen so far, PPR is granted very rapidly when there is movement on the medicals for dossiers like mine that have been in limbo for so long
