we got PPR yesterday, but not sure how to submit in VFS . is there any specific services for PPR or do we need to make appointment.
just wonder IRCC never request for PCC for my parents .....

You will have to submit a web form for passport collection on vfs website (link below) if your parents are in india. Vfs will contact you after web form creation:

Does the PA have to do the landing before the dependents, in my case- PA and one dependent is in India and one dependent is in Canada (work permit). PPR received for all of them.

I've received Prearrival services for my mother mid May and since then decisions made in ecas. Haven't heard anything else, that normal ?

I am not in tracker. My parents file is in Ankara. Medical Feb 2021, Police certificate May 2021 and prearrival Oct 2021.
As we are getting close to the anniversary of the medical i emailed Ankara and this time their response was different.

This is in response to your recent E-Mail enquiry.

You will shortly be receiving a passport request letter. Your visa will be valid until February 02, 2022 and you should be able to land by that date.

How long after pre arrival normally they send the passport request?

Thanks, do you know how long does it take for PPR to show once DM shows up? ALso, am I correct assuming here DM1 is for sponsor and DM2 is for applicant? Thanks again....new and nervous!!

It is hard to estimate timeline. In some cases it happens within few days but some are waiting for months also.
It is now sure that PPR will happen. Be cool and imagine that you will have parents with you soon.

Parents currently in Canada, Just sent webform informing NDVO about this.

Hi Guys! We finally heard back from IRCC asking my father-in-law to provide biometrics. It took so long that we we didn't have any hope left. This is when we realized that his passport expired and he will do a new passport asap. Could you please let me know how to update his passport information with IRCC? We only have 30 days to provide his biometrics and IRCC will need to give new passport information to the Visa application Centre in his country.

That is my understanding: PA has to land before any dependent or together. However, you may consult other who are experts on this or immigration consultants.

Congratulations. Your PCC request and Medical Request came together? My parents medical was submitted in September in the London VO but they did not ask for the PCC.
