I don't know the answer, but my guess it all boils down whether you're up for the adventure or not. What I mean by that is, by staying where you are, you pretty much have an idea on what, and where you'll end up with, as well as the "ceiling" of what your career can reach, but if you decide to immigrate, sure it's full of uncertainties, but it's also full of opportunities. Who knows maybe after staying and saving up 3-4 years in Alberta, you'll decide to get a citizenship then move to the USA and live the life you dream via TN-1 or E-2 or whichever right? But it all comes down to risking what you have now, to get the reward you just know you deserve.

If finding a good job is difficult in Canada, then you will really struggle because the cost of living is so high there. You can try to settle but if things don't work out, you can simply leave.

Indeed; that's Canada's trap hidden in Canadian immigration. You found a job in Canada? Good, you stay and pay taxes. You spent all your funds and are still left without a job? You leave but you've spent your funds in Canada so Canada wins again. We say FSW is great but often ignore this trap. CEC and other education related options have more obvious traps. My younger self failed to notice the FSW trap sadly so here we are. It'd probably take me 2-3 months to find a good job in Ontario but as I said, I wanna live in AB and not ON.
Then go for Alberta !
Do whatever you have to do (work in different jobs) until you find what you are looking for.

Whenever I see low score candidates who received invite from a province and ask whether they should wait for FSW draw, I feel like banging my head against a wall till I drop. How out of touch should one be about the current situation to ask such a stupid question?
this applicant probably inland with Canadian experience. since cec draws are ded, this applicant is behind our boat.
Honestly in current situation, even higher scorers should accept PNP. No one knows when draws will resume or how.

I do have choices actually. I could cancel PNP and apply under FSW in 2022 or wait till I finish my degree and go the CEC way, or get the PNP of the province I'm studying in after I graduate etc. I'm just not sure if I wanna go to Canada anymore.@ImpatientKangaroo has a nomination from Alberta so he has no choice but to go there

Couple years till I graduate. Another year on PGWP to qualify for CEC. 3 years from today. Do you think I'm that dumb to waste another 3 years on Canada? lol
I'll keep my current AOR and see what happens in 2022 (or 2023? I doubt I'll land in 2022). I'll most likely change fields into something that has better prospects in AB. Dealing with IRCC and EE is more cumbersome than just changing fields. I'm bored of my current field anyway lol.
If you’re inland I imagine you’ll get it 2022. And you’ll also have an excuse to remain where you are until you graduate at least.
