(No, I don't know how long, or why it would require so much resources that would result in delays of this sort - but if whatever intake offices are dealing with Afghan files on urgent basis, yes, it could cause delays)

You put your name or theirs according to what it appears on the passport. You can't sign digitally and any form that doesn't allow you to input the names, is not requiring that/signature.

Hi Guys,
any update on AOR .my app received to ircc on 25th August. still no update on AOR.It is been more than 2.5 months.is it normal.

Just got my SA this morning. Here is my timeline for reference. Hope everybody is getting theirs soon.
Application received: Aug 09 2021 (paper base)
AOR1: Oct 08 2021
SA: Nov 17 2021

PS. I am applying for Quebec. I was not able to find my case on ECAS until we received the SA today.
