(No, I don't know how long, or why it would require so much resources that would result in delays of this sort - but if whatever intake offices are dealing with Afghan files on urgent basis, yes, it could cause delays)

You put your name or theirs according to what it appears on the passport. You can't sign digitally and any form that doesn't allow you to input the names, is not requiring that/signature.

What is the context for this? It's meant for prioritizing the processing of Afghan refugees.

SA: Nov 17 2021
