hey guys don’t compare yourself with @Katayoon Her husband file or H&c was different than there is a two kinds of h&c are going to take longer than or hard to get approval one is misrepresentation the second is inadmissible issues like criminality
Do you know why the CBSA officer was nice to her because there was two things first she’s a Canadian citizen second her baby is born Canadian citizen
Cbsa are very mean don’t think they will help you their job is remove you from country asked @Growing pains me and him had bad experience with cbsa

All I’m saying every case is different every file is different every officer is different and 90% of CBSA officer are against you special if you fail refugee

To be fair CBSA is doing their job which is to enforce removal orders. Nothing personal and doesn’t mean they are mean. They have a job to do.

Hi guys, I have questions. My JR and H&C was submitted same day (this Monday). My concentration is on the H&C. Both applications were submitted by same lawyer. My question is that how will I know the status or if and when there is update on my H&C. What do I have to do at this time or when and what do I need to do???

sure Katayoon, Ayanna Lexus and others will do justice to this question. I do not intend to ask my lawyer questions. If I must mention, my purse has big hole now as these applications didn’t come cheap at all given that I just paid about $4000 few months ago for RAD!!

If your focus is on the H&C why not submit H&C only? The majority have H&C put on hold while JR is processed.

I don't know why the great majority of new members of the forum, refuse all the time to give ideas to others or to say generally what their arguments are, proofs, sources, lawyers etc..., at least others can have more knowledge for strengthen their files.
It's really weird! I understand very well that it can be embarrassing to share some things publicly, but we can discuss by private messages. the problem, they can't even say they aren't comfortable talking about it, they completely ignore people ! I would like to say for these persons, that you will not receive refusals if you share your knowledge with others !

I appreciate your contribution and I think we have moved beyond the discussion of putting H&C on hold for JR. I do not believe your assertion on that issue as I have made my findings and taken my decision so, I want answer on questions that I have raised if you have any contribution, it is welcome and will be appreciated.

Congrats on your AIP. Call your lawyer if he received your medical request. If not, call immigration
