i noticed they handling files with AOR from 13th, 15th Sept. please whats your timeline

How can you be so sure about that?
I applied online on June 4th, got AOR on Sept 8th, since then no updates

depending on the officer handling your file. looking at the trend people who got their AOR on 13-15th sept are getting updates.
The same thing applies when ECAS turns in-process they were the first to get the update as of June applicants, then a week after people who got their AOR on the first week of sept their ECAS changed to in the process. study the trend and follow the pattern.

Has any online applicant from early June received updates ?

June 7th - still waiting for an update but it seems as though only paper applicants have received any requests or completed background checks so far.

My aor date is same as yours and in process on old ecas since oct 15 but background check is still in progress and no FP request also. Should I be worried

You should not be worried and wait for a week at least, because somewhere I saw people who have their ecas updated after I had their BCG updated. I think it depends on the visa office too.
