My status changed to "Information Requested" Oct 6, 2021
And I received an email from an officer, requesting some more documents relating to tax documents, job contract and pay statements of my recent employer.
They have given me a week to send theses documents.

As per my understanding they follow this process to verify employment for inland applicants and not for the outland applicants. Could anyone in this forum confirm on this please. Thanks !

I'm outland and all the employers I declared on my application were sent an email to verify my employment. They simply provided the information asked - they were straightforward (hrs worked, schedule of work, job responsibilities, etc)

Thanks for sharing. May I check if you provided the experience letter from each of these employers as part of the application process ?

Yes, we call those "experience letters" as certificate of employment. I provided Certificate of employment which showed all the details they asked for (like hours worked, hourly pay, monthly pay, job description, Tax returns for each working year, All of my payslips (as in all of them, one for each month), Job offer letter, Quitclaim letter (when I left the employer).

They told me to provide any additional documents/proof in support of my job in the last 12 months. They also presented those documents as examples, but emphasized that they are not limited to them. And they said it is totally up to me to prove that I have worked as described in my EOI.

There are a lot of outland candidates whose bosses are being contacted, however they are asking simple questions, mostly stuff that already is in the letter such as job duties, salary, etc

They may have contacted your current and past bosses. If its possible, talk to them to ask them to check their emails.

I also answered that not from any organization. Also, I attached at no objection letter from APEGA
