Thanks for your reply. I thought theres a way to get the letter before lodging the application. I guess I dont have a choice but to lodge it first and wait for the request letter from them.

Hi! Any idea on on how to obtain an official request letter from IRCC to get a police certificate? I need to get one from Qatar and Singapore and both need an official letter issued by the country's immigration authority.

I guess you have to submit the translated ones so the officer could understand them.

Youll receive 2 emails. email with the password and the other contains the certificate. I received mine at 1pm on the day my status changed to certificate issued. Im pretty sure youll get the emails soon.

Whats your noc? Have you checked your express entry profile? Check if you got the nomination certificate in your ee profile.

Did they require you to submit all of those or you can just submit any of those you mentioned? I dont have an ITR and Im afraid I may not be able to get it in due time.

Hi, how many months of pay statements they asked you to provide? Do you need to complete all these or you can just provide any of these documents?

Mine was just submitted last Oct. 2. No update yet? Maybe in few days time, youll get an update already.
