No, I was not added to the email. My employer told me that he received the second email. That's how he realized that he missed the first one. Atleast, he was apologetic about it since I had told him days ago that he may receive an email for verification.

Yes, they do say Firefox is not recommended but nothing was working for me, so I thought why not give it a try. Yes, I logged in using the same ID. As for refresh, I pressed the refresh/reload button on top left. Also, I unblocked all the pop-ups.
