i got a message stating "YOUR APPLICATION HAS CHANGES " but when i opened there was nothing. I see people receiving these messages but i got a different one so kinda confused. May be this is a generic system generated email sent to all.

This is a ghost update. they have made some updates to your application however it's not visible to you. This can be some updates carried out/completed like Background checks.

we got a “We're still working on your application” message for In-law’s TRV Application (applied in September 2020, raised a Covid specific web form in august 2021 for family reunification), got the email yesterday. No changes on application on ircc page

Is this also a ghost update?

Hi Jai, Many of us received this update on Ghost profile and We're still working on your application email. Not sure what it means so far. lets wait and see

Submitted new application for a TRV on October 17th. Will wait and see if this gets picked up faster. No hopes on the old application (from Sept 2020) moving any further.

What is meaning of this?

Interesting as non of the people with who we have been interacting in this group seem to have received any updates after we're still working on your application.

I received the same on my application again on 2 Nov 2021 this time only for EE profile.
