Who could’ve thought we would find ourselves in this situation. I thought the most I’d have to wait was 12 months if therw was any complications with my application. I’m now mentally preparing myself to survive 2022 without PPR
I still do hope and feel that we all (2019/2020 AORs) would be able to land by Spring / Summer 2022. But that said it is easier said than done when people say to carry on with ones life as usual and this all will work out when it has to. Though in the end there’s nothing much we can do but wait.

Thats the thing. You want to carry on with your life while still having hope. You need to kill all hopes and expectations to really move on which admittedly easier said than done.
I’m trying to convince myself the ppr is not happening anytime soon and at the same time exploring alternatives to Canada just so I don’t lose my mind completely

Start now and you'll learn enough french to secure 4 points (1 in each skill) which is all you need (unless your crs is below 470 now).

Hi everyone, especially those who got their re-med requests.
I need your clarification concerning the thing I found on twitter. There was a post that according to the re-med instructions, an applicant should appoint an Upfront Med Exam. The problem is that for further immigration process a UMI number is needed, not an IME one.
Is it true? What was written in re-med requests you received?

Yes we should definitely try and explore alternatives if possible.

Wait, what? You are that "W..." guy? I am the second guy in that post who told them to stop complaining haha.

Cry babies do know how to abuse and insult people with their victim psychology.

Moaning over a website maintenance and linking that to application backlog and what hardship they have been through, oh for God's sake.
Yea, that was me and guess what. I got a ban for two days hahahaha

Don't waste your money man cmon, London VO is sitting on big pile of all stages passed applications, they have issue PPR at some point, just be patient.
You probably will get your PPR before me though as IRCC looks to be prioritizing PNP apps over FSWs.
Mine is a PNP app and with London VO and neither of them seem to be favoring in my case

I know a lot of you guys are annoyed as s****** - my view on it is that it is a difficult time, however, I still think that Canadian Government will not end FSW stream and they will not make a huge changes to it. They might add extra points for people who has completed studies there etc. etc. Maybe it will be a little bit more competitive, maybe not, it all depends on how many people they will be inviting. We just need to wait - I know it is easy to say - man, just wait, what is wrong with you - I know some of you are waiting for a very long time and I really understand that.

Covid is not an excuse any more. At the moment the issue we are having is the amount of applications that are pending, which I agree with. Also some offices still are not working on a full capacity etc. This is changing slowly. In my view Covid f**** up the whole system. It is easy to shut the things down but it is extremely hard to start them over again with sh** lots of work because of the lockdowns etc.

I am still positive about it, even though things did not play out as I thought they would but still I do think that everything will come back to normal. I am always saying - sometimes there are things which are out of our hands/reach - we cannot change that. If you will think about it in most cases most departments, no matter what country it is, are failing in such circumstances. There is always a backlog, they are trying to find some new processes, however they are waiting for someone to give them directions and allow them to change things etc. It is a complex system that is not design to work good with such circumstances.

It is only my own opinion, you can laugh, you do not have to agree with it but this is what I think...
Good luck everyone, some day we will all meet there ;)
