Hello everyone,
I have a query. When AINP official sends the email to the employer for verification, in the column for duties can they simply rewrite the responsibilities which are written in reference letter or are they suppose to explain and elaborate them.

Do they do that??
Is it after sending your documents and in regards to the current job reference letter you submitted?
I'm starting to collect all the documents to start my application.

I’m currently living in the US as international student, if I graduate this semester with a bachelor degree my CRS will be 440. I don’t think I am able to get PR with that score so I’m looking for a PNP. Is my score and my NOC good for Alberta nomination stream? I saw in one of the forum discussion that that the employer got an email to confirm the employment. So, I assumed that it is sent out to the current employer of every candidate. My question was that when the current employer is contacted should they simply copy the duties from the reference letter they gave or are they suppose to explain the duties in detail.

So, do they send the email to current employer in every case? I really don't know. I hope the other members can answer the question.

A question keeps bothering my mind, what of is someone works in a company that doesn't pay Tax or deduct anything from your salary, how will someone defend this Tax return that they keep asking as ADR?

I'm outland and all the employers I declared on my application were sent an email to verify my employment. They simply provided the information asked - they were straightforward (hrs worked, schedule of work, job responsibilities, etc)
